As a "Not for Profit" we must keep our costs down which helps being able to provide programs at up to 80% less than retail. Unfortunately experience tells us that when dealing directly with the public 1% of people abuse a free service taking up a staggering 80% of our support capabilities when zoom appointments were free. Please note that all appointment fees are donated to International Cancer Research.  

Absolutely ! if and when your needs change you simply let your hairdresser know and they'll contact HairChoice directly to organise the transfer and any further investment if there is one.  

No, only your one off program fee is reusable. 

Of course ! You may cancel your program for any reason at any stage and receive a full refund if you've cancelled your program within 14 days of purchasing your program. 

If you cancel after 14 days your refund is prorated within the first 12 months minus non retrievable overheads Salon partnership infrastructure and service costs and a non retrievable donation to Cancer Research. 

After 12 months no refund is commercially possible or available.

First of all, 98% of HairChoice clients either regrow more hair volume, stop further hair loss or at the very least slow hair loss considerably....... whilst utilizing the Revive program. However, and you should sit down for this.

People start seeing results with 4 months. We should mention that initially it may appear that your losing more hair, you're not. Quite simply, you are massaging the regrowth formula into the areas of concern with some weak hairs ending up in your hands. Don't be alarmed. After we take your hair sample it takes about 45 days for your Salon to receive your program.

If your hairdresser has been trained as a service centre they can do your hair. If not, you'll go to one that has. 

Yes. because the Replace program requires servicing such as a refusion you will need to attend a service salon to have your membrane removed, washed and then re-grafted every 4 to 6 weeks depending your hair growth and lifestyle. This service fee varies depending on currency and location. For example, in the USA and Australia the service fee is $95 whilst in the UK it's £75. If you were in Germany or France it would €115 for each appointment.   

That's a definite yes !! You're going to have a full head of hair when you've previously had minimal or no hair ! You will look fantastic ! However if you're not ready to receive compliments from those people that know you perhaps you're not ready for this program. It's a big decision.
