Thank you for selecting HairChoice for your hair loss solution needs. Our goal is to provide an experience that is transparent and to assist you to improve and maintain maximum control of your appearance for as long as you wish.

Please review the provisions of your chosen program below, which is an agreement between you and HairChoice. If you're not sure of the meaning or effect of any of the provisions, you should ask HairChoice for clarification. By purchasing your chosen program, you and HairChoice are bound to the obligations outlined in these terms and conditions. If you have any queries, please seek clarification from HairChoice or from your Salon.

The HairChoice website is operated by HairChoice Program Limited trading as Hair Choice under an exclusive licence from HairChoice. References in these terms to “us” or “we” is a reference to HairChoice Program Limited trading as HairChoice.

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and purchase programs from us. To place orders with us you must be aged 18+ years old. By purchasing your chosen program you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions of your chosen program.

Terms of Service

Your Age - By purchasing your Program you're confirming that you are 18+ years old.

Our Commitment - HairChoice is providing you it's Regrow program which covers all products and services set out in our Terms Of Service.

Your Commitment - You understand that results are achieved with the Regrow Program in proportion to the number of follicular Unit grafts that you receive. You understand that results will vary and that your desired permanent result may not be achieved due to further hair loss. You understand that you may reuse your initial investment for any other HairChoice program at any stage. You agree to keep HairChoice informed of your mailing address if your address changes for product delivery.

Regrow Program inclusions - 12 month of Supply of Minoxidil, DHT Inhibitors, trichology shampoo and the supply of an FDA Cleared Home Use Laser Brush

Follicular Unit Grafting - You fully understand that to receive the follicular unit grafting component of your REGROW program you will deal directly with your surgeon of choice and enter a patient agreement directly with your surgeon.

Program Continuation - Following the completion of your 12 month Regrow Program product supply you have the option to extend the supply of products by 12 months by simply purchasing a repeat program for $795.

Program Transfer Guarantee – If at any time you are not satisfied that the REGROW Program is achieving your desired results, you can transfer your investment to the HairChoice REPLACE program. The REPLACE Program is great ! providing you need it.

Program Payment - When purchasing your program you understand that there is a 2.2% transaction fee when using Visa or MasterCard and a 4.4% transaction fee when using American Express or Diners.

Refund Policy - Within 7 days of purchasing your program you may cancel your program for any reason simply by emailing customercare@hairchoice.org and receive a full refund within 5 business days. Following the 7 day cooling off period from the date of purchasing your program you fully understand that due to our "Not For Profit" and Partnership commitments you will NOT receive a refund upon program cancellation.

Consumer Protection - HairChoice is bound by competition, fair trading and consumer protection laws . This agreement will not limit any of your rights in relation to these laws. If any aspect of this agreement is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, it will be deleted. This won't affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
