Terms and Conditions

Your Age - By purchasing your program you are confirming that you are 18+ years old.

Our Commitment - HairChoice is providing it's Regrow program for you which covers all products and services set out in our Terms Of Service. 

Your Commitment - You understand that results are achieved with the Regrow Program in proportion to the number of follicular Unit grafts that you receive. You understand that results will vary and that your desired permanent result may not be achieved due to further hair loss. You understand that you may reuse your initial investment for any other HairChoice program at any stage. You agree to keep HairChoice informed of your mailing address if your address changes for product delivery. 

Replace Program administration - The Replace program requires ongoing administration to ensure you look your best whilst you control your appearance for as long as you wish. You fully understand that to receive your ongoing supply of membranes you are required to contribute $585 each 12 month period from the date of purchasing your program. 

Replace Program inclusions - Supply of 2 x Customised Cosmetic membranes each 12 month period. 

Replace Program concept - You fully understand that the replace program is a cosmetic procedure that does not do anything to prevent further hair loss. You fully understand that the hair on the membrane does not grow which is why your require new membranes every 12 month period. 

Replace Program Servicing - You understand that to fit your membranes and to have the membranes serviced with a refusion you will be required to attend an approved HairChoice Service Salon. You also understand that a fitting appointment is a cost of $250 and a refusion appointment is a cost of $95 with nominal inflationary increases 

Refusion - You understand that the membrane is removed during your refusion appointment to clean your scalp and your membrane then have the membrane refused (rebonded) to ensure you're looking your very best. You also understand that you must have this process completed every 4 to 6 weeks.  

Program Transfer Guarantee – If at any time you are not satisfied that the REPLACE Program is achieving your desired results, you can transfer your investment to either of the remaining programs provided by HairChoice.  

Program Payment - When purchasing your program you understand that there is a 2.2% transaction fee when using Visa or MasterCard and a 4.4% transaction fee when using American Express or Diners. 

Refund Policy - Within 7 days of purchasing your program you may cancel your program for any reason simply by emailing customercare@hairchoice.org and receive a full refund within 5 business days. Following the 7 day cooling off period from the date of purchasing your program you fully understand that due to our "Not For Profit" and Partnership commitments you will NOT receive a refund upon program cancellation.  

Consumer Protection - HairChoice is bound by competition, fair trading and consumer protection laws . This agreement will not limit any of your rights in relation to these laws. If any aspect of this agreement is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, it will be deleted. This won't affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
